Chats and groups

Send up to 30 photos at once, long videos, voice messages and documents, all encrypted in pieces as they upload.
Disappearing messages
Set a chat to clear itself after 24 hours, 7 days or 90 days. The encrypted copy on our server goes too.
Locked chats
Hide your most private chats behind a PIN or Face ID. Too many wrong tries locks them, and can wipe them from that phone.
Usernames
Let people find you by a username instead of your phone number, and choose exactly who can see your number.

Can Nexsaya read my messages?
No. Messages are locked on your phone with keys that never leave your devices. Our server only ever holds the locked version, so we have nothing readable to show anyone.
When can I download it?
Nexsaya is in private testing now. It's coming to iPhone first, then Android.
Do I have to share my phone number?
You sign up with your number, but you decide who sees it: everyone, only people you chat with, or nobody. Add a username and people can find you without it.
How do you find my contacts without uploading them?
Your phone turns each number into a scrambled code before checking which ones use Nexsaya. Names and your address book never leave your phone, and the codes aren't kept.
What if I forget my locked-chats PIN?
Nobody can recover it, including us. That's what keeps locked chats private. You can reset the PIN, which erases the locked chats on that phone.
How does Nexsaya make money?
Not from ads or your data. We will never show ads or sell what we know about you. If we add paid extras later, they will be optional and clearly marked.
